Like all apps, ours isn’t perfect. Luckily, there are 2 things you can try that will solve 90% of your problems:
- Log out and log back into the MyGig app.
- Delete and reinstall the app. If you’re using an Android, make sure to go to your settings and delete the app delete from there.
Both of these steps will help refresh everything so shoppers and clients can have the newest data.
