Who gets these messages?
Anyone who downloads the dumpling app and is connects with a valid shopper, but does not place an order in the first two days enters into this email campaign.
When do the messages get sent?
There are 4 messages in this campaign:
- The 1st message is sent after a connection has gone 2 days without ordering, after first connecting with a business owner
- Each subsequent message is sent 2 days after the prior message, until the campaign is complete or an order is placed.
When a customer places an order, they are immediately removed from this campaign and won't receive any additional messages from it.
