Who gets these messages?

Clients who place one order, but don't reorder within 9 days enter into this campaign.

When do the messages get sent?

There are 4 messages in this campaign:

  • The 1st message is sent on the day your potential customer first logs in to the dumpling app

  • The subsequent messages are sent 4 days apart and continue until all message have been received or the client places a second order.

When a customer places an order, they are immediately removed from this campaign and won't receive any additional messages from it.
