Why doesn't my customer's order have a delivery time?
Dumpling Pay offers a lot of flexibility with scheduling. Customers choose the day they need delivery. You will want to then pick a time that works best for you and your customer for that day. You can set the time by editing the order and selecting a start and end time for the delivery window.
Why was my card declined at the register?
Your card may have been declined at the register because it wasn't enabled.
When you're ready to shop for your order, tap on the order and swipe to enable your card. You'll then be shown how much funding you have on your card and how long your card will be enabled. This will also enable "shopping mode" on your list.
