Why doesn't my customer's order have a delivery time?

Dumpling Pay offers a lot of flexibility with scheduling. If you haven't set a delivery schedule, customers choose the day they need delivery. You will want to then pick a time that works best for you and your customer for that day. You can set the time by editing the order and selecting a start and end time for the delivery window.

If you want delivery slots, you need to add your schedule in the owner app.
