Why was my card declined at the register?

Your card may have been declined at the register because you weren't in shopping mode.

When you're ready to shop for your order, click on the order, then click on "Start Shopping."

Verify that you're ready to start by moving the slider to the right.

Shopping mode activates your Boss Card and prevents your client from editing their shopping list.

Your card may also have been declined due to insufficient funds. You can verify your card funding after you've entered Shopping Mode.

You can also see your funding on the order's list screen.
