Communication between you and your client can be extremely beneficial. Here are some ideas on how to strengthen the relationship between you and your clients.

  1. We have found that communicating with your clients while shopping their order gives them a sense of ease. Please don’t be afraid to communicate too much. They appreciate the customer service, and knowing that you are willing to take the time to get them exactly what they need.

  2. Send follow up emails or messages- "I enjoyed shopping for you and hope you had a great experience…."

  3. Ask your clients if they would like you to send a message when your on your way to their home. "Hey this is (your name) I wanted to let you know that I am done shopping and on my way to your home"

  4. If your clients have not yet placed an order or it’s been a few week’s consider reaching out and letting them know they can contact you any time with questions that they may have. "Hello! this is (your name) I wanted to take a moment to see if maybe you had any questions about my app or services? If not, I hope to hear from you soon."
