#1 - Don't worry if you only have one thing to post about per day!

Cross-post content on different channels! If you want to cross-post on Facebook and Instagram, you can set this up in your settings and it will happen automatically.

#2 - Use Google Analytics.

Google Analytics will help you understand which social media channels bring you the most web traffic. Prioritize the channels that drive traffic and de-prioritize those that don't. You can read articles and take social media courses all day long, but in the end, the data doesn't lie.

#3 - Engagement matters just as much as posting.

Social media is not a "set it and forget it" marketing tool. You have to engage with your following and other accounts regularly to stay relevant. So, instead of posting on four channels regularly, pick one or two and really dive in with both posting and engagement.

#4 - Don't force content.

If you don't have something great to post or something interesting to say, just skip it and come back tomorrow. It's better to share content that is relevant than to over-post superfluous content.

#5 - Promote yourself!

Don't forget to ask friends and family to do the same! Do you have a personal and a business account? Use your personal account to share the business stuff. Don't overdo it of course, but it's okay to toot your own horn.
