If your account has been closed for nonpayment of your subscription, check your email for an email with the subject, "Dumpling | Your Boss Account is Closed." In it, you will find a link to an invoice that will restart your subscription. Once that's paid, your account will automatically reopen.
If the link to the invoice has expired, or your account may have been closed due to inactivity, use the message button to send us a message, and we can help you with the next steps.
Note: If your original account went several years without activity or had very little activity on it, you may need to create a new account. If you think this is the case, you can go ahead and sign up for a fresh account without writing in.
