How do Customers Leave Reviews?

Customers can leave a review for a business owner in the Dumpling App after an order has been completed.

In order to remain fully transparent and provide ethical service to the customers using the dumpling platform, Dumpling will not remove any reviews from a Business Owners profile unless it was left in error and the customer contacts dumpling directly to correct it.

To access this feature customers can navigate to the pop-out menu in the left-hand corner of the dumpling app, then:

  1. Select Orders from the menu icon

  2. Click Complete

  3. Choose the order for review

  4. Tap Leave Review

  5. Choose the star rating

  6. Leave a Review

  7. Click Submit
